Description
The gingerbread house in the lobby of the Williamsburg Lodge, December 3, 2025. The theme this year is "Santa's Workshop" and was created by Chef Justin Haynes and the Bake Shop staff. It's over 5' 6" tall and features 210 lbs. of gingerbread, 40 lbs. of candy, 40 lbs. of Fondant and Royal Icing, with 1300 individually handcrafted shingles.
